OctoPi Case Prototype

Designed and prototyped a custom replacement drawer for the Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo 3D printer, integrating a dedicated mount for a Raspberry Pi 3 A+ running OctoPi. The Raspberry Pi is powered directly from the printer's power supply via GPIO pins, eliminating the need for external adapters. A micro USB cable routes from the Pi to the front printer data port, enabling seamless OctoPi control. The modified drawer retains storage functionality, with approximately 2/3 of the original capacity preserved to accommodate tools for the printer. This compact, efficient solution enhances remote printing management without sacrificing usability.
